With a background in food science and hands-on experience collaborating with restaurants and food brands, she helps bring recipes to life through nutrition analysis, ingredient insight, and culinary storytelling.

Her work focuses on how real ingredients work together—because understanding food makes it easier (and more fun) to enjoy. Beyond the kitchen, Caitlin is deeply passionate about fertility and PCOS nutrition, supporting women through evidence-based, compassionate care - author of "How to Get Pregnant with PCOS" and creator of a PCOS supplement line, she continues to fight for accessible solutions for women's health.
