Ingredients
Measurement | Ingredient |

2 cups | Brown Rice |
1 can | Black Beans |
2 cups | Red Cabbage, shredded |
2 cups | Tomatoes |
2 | Avocados, diced |
2 | Jalapeños |
1/2 cup | Cilantro Leaves |
1/2 cup | Green Onion |
1 tub | Original Bitchin’ Sauce |
Method
1. Wash and chop all of your Bitchin' veggies.
2. Spoon the cooked rice into a bowl.
3. Place chopped veggies (cabbage, tomato, avocado, corn) and heated beans on top of the rice. Add green onion, cilantro, and jalapeno to taste.
4. Top with 3-4 tablespoons of your Bitchin’ Sauce flavor of choice. We used Original because that's our OG!
